18 Excelsior Property Management offers foreigner home owners home care service while you are away from Phuket. We are proud to present you with your need and satisfied return on investment in rental property and the property management. Many of you are investing in the property here and living overseas and need to be sure your second home is professional cared for management from rental, management service, to bill payment by tenants.   • We help you find suitable tenants for each rental program plans. We then take booking deposit to secure the tenancy prior to the arrival date for 2 months security deposit and 1 month rent in advance which we hold in account to pay for any damage during tenancy stay and take the initial fee from this payment. We provide a standard lease agreement and arrange signature by both parties prior to tenancy. We collect rent from the tenant on due date and transfer to owner bank account. Prior to the arrival of tenants, property checks will be provided by 18 Excelsior to make sure that the tenants have a comfortable and memorable stay at your home.
